What is the Orbit Partner Program?

The Orbit Partner Program is a new cooperation plan designed for existing Pluto / Comet users. If you already own our vehicle diagnostic tool, you can now order your own exclusive dongle and VCI extension hardware under your current account system.

This allows you to extend the value of your diagnostic tool to your industry friends, secondary customers, franchise stores, direct branches, or team members. In simple terms, you can build your own small Pluto / Comet user circle and create more value from the tool you already have.

How does it work?

1. Order your exclusive extension hardware: You can order dongles and VCIs that belong to your account system. This is similar to creating hardware extensions of your existing diagnostic tool.
2. Same permissions as the main device: The extended hardware keeps the same application permissions as your main device. If your main device includes Pluto, Comet, or advanced database access, the extended hardware can use the same permissions.
3. Your subscription fee remains unchanged: Your existing subscription fee stays the same according to the previous agreement. The program only requires a one-time fee for the extension hardware.
4. Shared use with time coordination: Because the server uses a single-session login limitation, only one user can be online for the same type of diagnostic tool at a time. You and your circle members can use the tools at different times to improve hardware utilization.

Important Login Rules

The current single-session login limitation applies only to the same type of diagnostic tool, such as Pluto or Comet.

If you own both Pluto and Comet, users of the extended hardware can also access both tools. However, only one user can use the same tool type at the same time.

For example, if one user is using Pluto and another user logs into Pluto later, the later login will force the previous user offline. The previous user will see a notification in the diagnostic tool, and the tool will automatically exit about 10 seconds after the notification.
